Reserch and Development

 

 

In our hostel we are continually developing new and improved services in order to satisfying the costumers needs and tastes. We’re always looking for new technologies to apply to our processes and this way improve the way we perform different tasks and save money or time.

 

Annually the Hostel is going to allocate a certain amount of its budget to the R&D department (The manager) which is going to be used to assist to different kind of conferences, festivals and any other event regard to the Hostel and service industry. Additionally it will be used to renew or replace any damages or lost items in the workplace.

 

The budget will be the 5% of the annual sales.

 

As soon as the manager comes up with any proposal, this will be evaluated by himself and the coordinator. Both of them will decided which of the ideas could be developed and implemented.
