• To implement a constant improvement system for our lodging sevice, so that our cash flow is maintained healthy and operations remain uninterrupted. 

• By offering a new and better rank of products to our costumer and promoting them inside and outside the hostel, we can increase the sales and transform the shop into a cash cow.

• In a long term we expect to be recognize not only for our lodging but for our restaurant too, so little by little we will investing in this part of our business by training our cooks, hiring new people, expanding the rank of plates offered and  renewing the actual restaurant.
