-Hold and Maintain: 

1. We have identified an oportunity in the market regarding Souvenier and General Shops in hostels, so we will further develop our service (product development) so that we can take advantage of the opportunity. 

2. We have a solid Internal development for a Restaurant service, but the market is not aligned to it. A market penetration will be developed, aimed at acquiring our  competitor´s costumers through a marketing campaign.
