I found myself mostly oriented to find some personal strengths. Additionally, at the moment to taking decisions in order to influence people, I took in count the reactions of them.

However, sometimes I tend to over persuade the people who work with me, thinking I am already coached.
In addition, at the momet of solving problems I could be more focused on a traditional way.
Talking about the environment I can generate into my teamwork, I help to build an atmosphere that contributes in the formulation of goals and in the coordination of roles while I am very concern of the changes that the atmosphere could change because I am interested on keeping potentially active and productive.
After saying this, I will continue saying that I know how important the collaboration and the empathic factors are at the moment of developing the atmosphere of the team, during an affective education and coach process. In this case, I would offer my total self- management.
Furthermore, I am able to maintain an optimistic environment into the team, promoting to achieve the maximum potentials of the integrators (employees).This doe to I do involvement process to address my team’s values and objectives. At the moment of achieving this, I would be able to offer some ideas in order to maintain a member (employee) empowered environment.
Finally, I am person who believes that at the moment of working together we need to trust each other, develop respect, and care about others´ needs.

A manager with a high sense of responsibility, decided to accomplish great tasks in harmony with his team´s strengths and weaknesses. He is able to analyze and solve problems reasonably, always seeking to create a high-performing, self-managing group of employees along the way. As a leader, he constantly supports and coaches his team members, and is not reluctant to receive suggestions from them. Overall, he´s a "Jack-of-all-trades" whose main concern is to look out for his employees as they reach and surpass their objectives as a team.

I´m a reliable person around my group of work and I always think in a “us” to create a mutual gain between interests. I like to fix problems, support partners and collaborate with them. I am a person who likes to help to create a high-performing, self-managing group of employees, I support the idea that coaching is a process to facilitate employee growth and development. But when it comes to me, my thoughts are on my weaknesses or I doubt about how to best identify my unique strengths. Usually I want rely on traditional problem solving to manage performance, so I need to experiment with the more strength based.
In the case of an argument I appeal to the other person's feeling of loyalty, and use logical arguments and factual evidence to persuade the other person that proposals or requests are worthwhile. Sometimes authority is a problem to me, I find it hard to persuade people and I tend to concede and defer to authority. My style is compromise. In terms of Team spirit, my team's atmosphere is healthy and conducive to achieving great results. The team can spend their time productively establishing goals, procedures, processes, and clarifying team members roles, i.e. performing the work of the team.
My predominant values are the traditional views on management and management practice and I need to work in my skills of leadership, develop high-performance teams with high-performance team members and providing support. I am well on your way to understanding and supporting the needs of this generation.
Fanally, in terms of myself, I am in the most perilous situation—things don’t seem exactly right but they are not bad enough to take action. I need to start to make decision and to do think instead of waiting for things to happen.

History
We determined a niche market with weak competition, where we can develop an innovative and competitive service. We wanted to promote the complex culture in Colombia, so we decided to offer a service with a new added value that has not been developed before.

MEMBERS
I’m a traditional solving problem leader, tries to solve everything by trusting in the employees, I’m a leader with mixed views of my strengths and weaknesses, I focus in weaknesses instead on focusing in the strengths, the effectiveness of the tactics that apply relies on how the other members responds to that tactics, I use most of the time joint tactics allowing to hear other and make join with other ideas, I facilitate in creating an empowered environment in the company creating an environment that encourages all employees to achieve their maximum potential, and my coaching tactics are the best ones In case of coaching other group members.
