Aposentos Hostel use a software called “FrontHotel” by ICG. It works with Microsoft system helping the organization with the reservation, the logistics in the restaurant, Check – out and billing and cleaning.

 

 

Reservation includes:

• Available rooms per day

• Lock of rooms (reapir of rooms, change in the structure of the hostel...)

• Reservation with and without anticipated payment

 

Restaurant:          

• Control of services included in the scheme of the hostel and its consume

• Control of the bar´s consume

• Control of charges from the restaurant into a room

 

Check out and billing:

• Modification quick invoice after making

• Check out fast and automatic allocation of fixed charges and extras.

 

Cleaning:

• Shows the condition of the rooms

• Control of the schedule of cleaning.

 

 

This software includes maintenance, employees training and license renovation. It shows also graphics that include sales, inventory of inputs, diary gain, charges of the day, rooms without charge and entering and leaving of rooms the next day.
