Job Description
-
Administrator: The main activity that the administrator has to do, is planning all the things related with the management position, he/she must be in charge of the finance and accounting of the Hostel and do forecast to anticipate the demand. The administrator is the responsible for the marketing of the company, in term of strategic alliances, which means that he/she has to get new suppliers, new products, new services and new customers and also takes care of the costumer marketing, which means that is the one in charge of organizing the activities in the hostel. Finally he/she will control and supervise others employees’ works and makes sure that the objectives of the company are being accomplished properly.

Receptionist: check in/check out

Cook: Designing, organizing and cooking Colombian typical food for each day

Watchman: In charge of the security of the guests and the building, and welcome all the backpackers

Janitor: Cleaning and report all the damages and loss
Job specialization

Administrator: We need a person with a university degree in Business Management or any other similar, capable of speaking one or two languages different of Spanish (English minimun), with knowledge about marketing, finance, and a minimum of one year of experience in the service industry.

Receptionist: A bilingual person, capable of handling excel with a high school degree and with a good personal presentation

Cook: Someone with a cooking technician and two years of experience

Watchman: High school degree and experience of one year

Janitor: High school degree and with recommendation.
