Staffing
Recruiting:
Our policy for hiring personnel in the organization is the following.
· More than 18 years
· With no prior problems with the law.
· Graduate at least from school.
Interviewing:
Who qualifies and fulfils the prior recruiting policies, passes to the interview. In the interview are present 2 people: the administrator and an external psychologist. The interview takes around 20 minutes in which each one of the members takes notes from the questions asked during the interview, in which depending on the responses you have a score. The interview takes place at the hostel installations in a room dedicated for this purpose. After the interview between 1 and 2 weeks the persons who apply to the job, receives the answer.
Testing:
After the applicants for the job have been selected, the next step for determining the most suitable person for the job, is testing, in which each applicant is goes through a series of tests. In which determines the basic characteristics that the person should have for obtaining the job. Also after testing the applicant, then goes through a response test who is leaded by a specialist in the area, which determines the characteristics of the applicant, the test should be used for intermediary or high responsibility jobs.
Selecting:
When the testing is done, and verifying the interview and the testing, the 2 people in the interview decides who applicant is more suited for the job, who is going to be more effective and efficient performing the job.
Orienting:
Once the process is finished and the people are hired in the organization, is basic to given the a orientation, in the process of orientation, to each new employee is showed the work place, the location of the basic areas that he need to perform his job, also in the orientation is given a meeting where the new employees are introduced to the other employees. Also during the first week or so they have assigned a employee that helps the new employee to get comfortable in their workspace.
Training:
Each 6 months period, each employee at the organization should have a training, depending on the type of job and the responsibilities of the job, the trainings are different, no all the employees goes to training at the same time, depends on the activities they are realizing at the moment. The duration of each training should not be more than one day so the employees don’t lose too many responsibilities.
Rewarding:
The scheme of rewarding depends on the objectives that each employee realizes, if the employee reaches more objectives than does asked for the job, the employee receives an extra reward that includes a percentage of the income of the employee, also depends on the quality of the job that they realize. The rearward goes up to 7% of the income of the employee.
Disciplining and dismissing of employees:
When a discipline case presents, the case should be taken to the superior, who reports the case to the administrator. Depending on the nature of the act, the course of action is different, if the act is against the law, there is going to be a report to the law and cause for immediate dismissing. When is not against the law but it affects the normal functioning of the company, depends on the manager to fire or disciplining the employee, in the case of disciplining, after 3 discipline cases, the employee should be fired.
Promoting:
The promotion in the organization depends on the availability of superior jobs, when there is a vacant for a job, the employee who’s going to take the job could come from the organization, and for determining the employee is going to be taken into account the work done, the objectives reached, the capacity for leadership, and other aspect
